The grand Commander takes out a paper and reads.

"The brave citizens of city18 will now be able to join the Militia!"

The Militia is a public flag for everyone wishing to help the OverWatch. BUT BEWARE! DMing for no reason will get you Banned from the flag and 24 hours from the server.
